Brennan Johnson (signed for Palace)


I remember when he played for Lincoln City against us in League 1. Couldn't believe how he was in League 1 considering the shite we had. He was obviously going to have a good career.
I'd have him but I'd be interested to see what transfer price he has. Bet it's above what we are willing to spend.
 
Difficult one, played well first season in premier league for Forest helped keep them up and got the move to Tottenham.

Think he a good player and would improve the side.

But only if got him for right price 60 million far too much
 
Good player when I’ve seen him. Nearly 20 goals in just over 50 prem starts (plus about 20 subs) so he has an end product too. Must be a reason Spurs are letting go though? Inconsistent? Attitude?

He’d also be too costly for where we’re at. With our recruitment I’d be confident we could find someone as capable for a fraction of cost. I trust what we’re doing

He'll be on around 150k a week, maybe even more. Add to that the 35m transfer, and a hefty signing on fee and it doesn't strike me as good value for his output. Got to question why Spurs are so keen to cut him loose too.
