It's time the Government cracked down on all this online trolling, the internet sadly needs to be Policed in some way which isn't easy to do but necessary. The reason they do these things is because they get away with it and they are sick in the head to watch others suffer and laugh about it. Unless there is serious deterrent you will never stop these trolls, the internet has got so far ahead of itself and Government has not been keeping pace with it.
