You could say that about any team that's been runners up a few times.
You're going back years over totally different squads and managers - we went up via play offs in 1988, won a league cup final in 2004, and had the two incredible come backs in the UEFA cup run.
Do none of those count like cos they weren't at Wembley?
We're not 'bottlers', just not always good enough to See things through to the end - similar to most clubs.
