Boro thread

You’ve always done better at attracting supporters. Better deals, cheaper tickets which is great and I wish we did it. Our walk up prices are poor and our season ticket prices are not ideal. It puts a lot off.
You really are doubling down on an argument with us on attendances aren't you?
What the fuck is wrang with you man?
Try and pick an argument you have at least a slight chance of winning man ffs.

I don't think there is one personally, but attendances really isn't the right place for you to go marra🤣🤣🤣

Nah been coming on here since the 90s. Never really had a row (apart from Hank , took a few years to be civil to each other). I do challenge things I know are untrue about the Boro. What do you expect from 2 headed twat.
Realism would be a start marra, and acceptance when you are pissing in the wind in certain arguments.

Middlesbrough football club represents Teesside, it’s practically one city urban conurbation, probably at least 50% of the support comes from Stockton, Billingham , Redcar, Yarm etc..if it was just the town, it would only be a club like Rotherham.
If you had a headcount their support would double. Anarl.

Yes but you dodge the hard questions.

Im just treating these extra games as an adventure. Sort of a substitute for a men’s WC or EC not being on this year. I’m not sure who I’d prefer to play if we get past Luton. Covs centre forward looks a dangerous bastard and weve an atrocious record against Boro over my 55yrs of torture. Summet like they’ve won twice as many as we have. We do better against the mags than Boro.

The whole play-off thing is still very much anybody's imo.
You did well yesterday (at home too), we did ok today but either tie could go either way in the 2nd leg.
I for one am under no illusions that the job is 'done' - far from it

Don't buy this 'we're under pressure to go up' thing though.
None of us has 'thrown away' automatic, and we had a very slow start to the season - bonus for all four to still be in with a chance of promotion imo.

And still you cannot fill your stadium or get higher crowds than us. I’m not sure you really know what your point is
We’re sounding like the Mags! Attendences have got them nowhere. Funny how these “small” clubs have won a trophy since we last did. Wigan, Wimbledon, Oxford, Boro, Pompey etc.
We used to regularly get 14,000 so let’s pipe down eh?
