Id disagree. I think 3m pounds is a big fee for championship clubs.

It's 10% of the biggest clubs revenue who don't receive parachute payments

If you are living beyond your means you are managing budgets badly. If you earn 30m and spend 30m on wages you aren't paying championship wages as other championship clubs don't have that wages to turnover ratio.

It's really quite simple you just won't accept it.

If im wrong why is your revenue so low? I don't believe it is you just throw money at players that you haven't got.

Gibson subsidises the wages as a fan. Middlesbrough FC can't maintain those wages based on their revenue.

As I said previously. Gibson is ambitious, and it's great we have him. Luckily he knows far about the financial situation at the club than you or me. He is also extremely successful, so probably knows what he is doing. I'll trust that.

But anyway, yeah, we don't pay PL wages 👍

He's simply a very rich Middlesbrough fan who is trying his best for the club with his own money. You are in mountains of debt but he'll never call it in

However his money won't last forever and then what? Your best years have been because of Gibson. When Gibson goes your a club pissing money who buys you?

Been hearing same thing every year for years. Yet here we are. Still competitive. Still ambitious. Fair play to him. As I say, I'll trust millionaire businessman Steve Gibson and his judgement over your opinion 🤣 - I mean you thought we paid PL wages.

Given that Spence wasn't sold until late July and Tavernier in early August and the accounts covered the period up to June 2022 they must have been prepared by a psychic to include them.

The sales of Spence and Travernier result in a profit of 13m. It's in the accounts summary. You posted a loss of 19.4m

They're not included within the accounts for the period - they will be included within the year to June 2023.

I'm not sure what you're saying but if you're trying to claim we lost £32.4m last year before those sales then you're quite simply wrong.
