Once the top clubs finalise there squads that's when a lot of deals will take place.

Aye this is what happened with Rodwell. Lamps going to City etc.

Taking into account Conga has Chelsea connections, Im assuming we'll be looking at one or two from there.

Do you think we can expect many more incomings though? I would have thought Borini, Alonso and a central defender and we would have been done? Hope not like!

I agree with that still think we may see Vergini, Borini (or Borini type player) plus one other perm and two loans come in before the end of the window.

It does come across as a good signing. And I particularly like how we didn't dick around for ages on this one. We're so used to hearing that we're after a decent player, and two months down the line still having no idea where we stand with it. This was done in good time. It comes across as Short and the rest of them meaning serious business in this market.

I want a striker aswell as Borini to come in for attacking options.

I would settle for Vergini and Alonso as the others.
