Two stand out things to me. Firstly, appreciate he has an injury but he returned from the USA tour extremely early, would of thought if he was anywhere near Rodgers plans he would have kept him there to integrate with the team and receive treatment on the injury.

Secondly aren't him and his lass shacked up with her parents, surely if he was staying in Liverpool next season a millionaire footballer would have a permanent home within days!
