Exactly even if people do have information, in football it's never cast iron.
Iceman was always spot on yet got so much abuse for his allardyce info. For all we know big sam was moments from signing on the dotted line but things change.

Correct. There's a world of difference between somebody deliberately misleading folk and lads giving info in good faith which may be proven wrong in terms of details or timing.
To be fair @Iceman alluded to it last night, at least he alluded to the fact there were lots of positive things happening and didn't deny Borini was one of those. It got merged with this thread
