His brother and one of his children said they loved the jersey and claimed that Bob would have too. But his image has been over used. Every tacky little holiday shop in the world seemed to have robbed his face to sell lighters and ashtrays so in a way you can't blame them.

I was in Singapore a few months ago. I'm sure the local singer in one bar was singing "three little birds riding horseback"

As a young whippersnapper I bought Live! when it came out and it hooked me to reggae (still my favourite BM album). Trying to get hold of reggae albums in the mid-70s North-East was a canny slog.

I was at that concert in Dublin, superb, then was lucky enough to be standing right next to him at heathrow a few days later. Too star struck to speak to him., wished i had done many many times since then. Still have his first 4 lps.
