If you really are a very old Roker ender you will know that this team has weaknesses and you will have seen where they are. You will also have seen that today we threw two points away and that in the main this is due to this coaching set up not making the right decisions re subs.
You will not need me to tell you we have a few players starting each week who are not good enough. Today our bench looked weak. I wonder whose fault that is ?

I really am an old Roker ender, I still remember how bad the bogs smelled for a start. I agree with what you say but to look on today as poor I struggle with. The first half was dire but we did show mental strength to get back two goals … shame about the final few when we conceded and missed a real chance. But hey, we took a point away at Blackburn and pre-match I’ve had said yes to that.

He is good enough to play. Mayenda is a lot better than Connolly. Connolly would have struggled to run that far from what I have seen of him.

Sunderland always start at 1-0 down by default lately and considering how late the goal was its definitely two lost points.

Some players will really be kicking themselves for missed chances.
