Andrew Lilico is a deranged man who definitely does not agree with or know much about BLM.

It's not. Most don't know or give a shit about any of that. They don't even know there's an organisation called BLM or what it wants. They just want equality for black people.
Imagine thinking when players kneel down and have BLM on their shirts people watching on TV think it's about Palestine.
In that case why wasn't the "Kick it out" or "Show racism the red card" campaigns ever worn across the shoulders of the players.
Theres a massive difference between racial equality and the demands of BLM. They are a group with a lot of dodgy ideologys.
Im left of centre politics wise and 100% want racial and indeed sexual equality but the BLM movement isn't what the vast majority of people think it is and shouldn't be forced upon people just because of the huge upsurge in its prominence.
Look at Starmer for example, he's hastily backtracked after his ridiculous taking the knee photo opportunity.
So if you dont agree with BLM agenda then you must be racist?Good post this.
I see a lot of people who insist that they don't see colour, that they treat everyone fairly, and that they deplore racism.
When BLM is brought to their attention, their reaction has been entirely negative. They don't like the wording, they don't like the method, they don't like the people behind it, they think George Floyd was a career criminal and no loss to the world, they don't believe racism is a big problem in 2020, they think racism works both ways and they're a victim of racism too. They don't believe, even if any of these things are true, that people in Britain should take a stand against anything happening in America.
But they definitely hate racism. If only you can find an example of it that fits their version of racism.
On 606 someone argued that even though Ahmaud Arbery's pursuer stood over him after he had been shot and called him a 'F****n N*****r' according to an eyewitness, he should be given the benefit of the doubt and race may not have played any role in the killing.
Most of the above describes a subset of disingenuous people who are happy to turn the other cheek because it doesn't impact them directly and who claim to be anti-racist, but who enact that anti-racism by completely refusing to accept any incidents of racism, or any changes that could be made. They refuse to accept that 'systemic' racism doesn't have a big sign saying 'we are being racist'. it doesn't have separate bathrooms in America, 'No blacks, no dogs, no Irish' signs on shop door fronts, or bananas on the pitch. It's something deeper rooted in psyches, in decisions for jobs, in the way the police subconsciously treat people, in the way some of us (not all white people are guilty) immediately take the side of the white aggressor when told about an incident that ends in an innocent black man's life being ended.
So if you say you're anti-racist, but then refuse to acknowledge any instances of racism, and align yourself with the same values and tropes that American far right racists use, then maybe you need to reconsider one of those two things.
So if you dont agree with BLM agenda then you must be racist?
And George Floyd was a career criminal, he should never have been killed but equally he should not be a martyr
They do? And you have the evidence for this statement right?just that certain US policemen do regard the colour.
I see the Premier League is back tracking on their support on BLM.
Absolutely crazy how these mentalists have been allowed to run riot, and not only unchallenged, but actively encouraged by the media, politicans, and organisations. Anybody who refused to fall in line declared a racist.
Now we're left with potentally tarnished race relations.
No, but if you disagree with everything they say except the general idea that racism is bad, and tear down the message and the method more than acknowledging that it is largely a well intentioned movement, then people are within their rights to ask if you are as anti-racist as you claim. Simple.
George Floyd is a martyr because he is representative of an underclass. He was not a perfect bloke and he clearly had done bad things (albeit largely over a decade before). As you say, none of that makes it ok to murder him, and he's one in a long list. His death was filmed though, in graphic detail. That's why he's important.
This is what it was intended to mean. But its turned into a attack on white people. They do. The BLM movement isn’t suggesting only black lives matter, it’s wanting black lives to mean the same as others.
I actually agree with you for once you mag pastyIf we take as a given equality of opportunity for all regardless of gender, colour or creed is a good thing and we should all strive to be less prejudice.
What If I have don't believe their intentions are good?
BLM is a far left movement that is entrenched in Marxism and is fundamentally anti capitalist and they encourage violence and looting as a means to effect change. I don't like this and don't want it, so i not only don't support BLM but I am anti BLM.
This does not make me racist, millions of black people would agree with me and don't support them either.
George Floyd wasn't a martyr, give your head a wobble.
He was a villain who had done numerous prison stretches and in a incident with the police wasn't doing exactly what he was told, and a brutal police officer behaved appalling and handled him in a brutal manor which lead to his death.
This does not make him a martyr because that is not what the word means.
Changing the narrative to suit the agenda that you are comfortable with.If we take as a given equality of opportunity for all regardless of gender, colour or creed is a good thing and we should all strive to be less prejudice.

I think the problem with these “movements” is they may well be well intentioned but they never come across that way do they? Why does it always end in violence and looting? What makes it ok for well intentioned police officers to get attacked because of one police officer who may or may not of been a racist? What makes it ok to go round and damaged public and private properties? I’m sure buried in there somewhere this was meant to be about fairness and equality (which I back All the way!) but let’s face it. It’s a mess. No, but if you disagree with everything they say except the general idea that racism is bad, and tear down the message and the method more than acknowledging that it is largely a well intentioned movement, then people are within their rights to ask if you are as anti-racist as you claim. Is it really though? Usually fleeing to another legal jurisdiction is the last refuge of a scoundrel!Or, to quote Doctor Johnson: "Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel".
Who killed Liddle? If we take as a given equality of opportunity for all regardless of gender, colour or creed is a good thing and we should all strive to be less prejudice.

Don’t the police do anything? Can’t say I would be surprised though! They do? And you have the evidence for this statement right?
375 million interactions with police and USA citizens last year...19 unarmed white people killed and 9 unarmed black people killed...
In the USA, 13% (blacks) of the population commit over 50% of the murder...over 50% of the assault...blacks kill white people double the amount as whites kill black people. This BLM movement in the USA is a lie and I have no clue how the fuck it has anything to do with Europe or anyplace else in the world. In my hometown blacks assault white people with a little thing called the ‘knock out’ game, where a group of blacks go up to unsuspecting white people and sucker punch them. I’m not talking about the victims being grown men...I’m talking about girls, women, old people...it’s a f***ing disgrace and if you say anything you’re a racist! It’s out of control....and they’re f***ing with the wrong people, gun sales are and ownership is at record levels in the US and it’s only a matter of time this gets ugly...the government and politicians don’t do anything, almost as if they want it to happen!
After BLMUK tweeted something potentially anti-semitic of course the PL is gonna distance itself a little bit. It's like I said earlier in the thread, they're a multi-billion pound organisation, they are only interested in their image.
I haven't changed the narrativeChanging the narrative to suit the agenda that you are comfortable with.
