Why do people pretend that cash is better than just transferring it to my bank?

Yes, I live to walk through Peterlee Town centre to go to my bank with a pocket stuffed with cash , next to the methadone queue at the boots next door.

Why put it in the bank...just hide it in the house especially if having any work done in the house. Tradies love cash.

It will go quickly and you won’t have to deal with many stupid texts and calls if you price it at the first couple of pages of compareable hits on autotrader. Assuming it’s a very clean and genuine car too.
 
Auto trader is the way to go if you sell private. Tried gumtree before and you just get daft twats offering buttons or requesting a swap for a parrot and a half full euro 2004 paninni collection.
 
Just list the spec on rtg.

Rather than millions of people on autotrader its obvious someone on here will want that exact car/model/spec.
