The best response on there is this: "Darren Bent didn't have to put in a transfer request to save Sunderland paying his contract off...but he did to make the move easier. In fact he must have lost out personally by doing this."

in defence one of our lads posted a link to the youtube vid 'Fat Sam' just watched it again and it's class. I urge anyone who joined the smb after 2008 to watch it. (if you haven't already seen it). SMB at it's best!!!
