So would we have played with ten men? How many points did he win us? How can you say that the points he did win us wouldn't have been won anyway, in some cases making us comfortable? How can you say the points we dropped wouldn't have been won due to a different game plan?

why talk about before he signed for sunderland? bent's goal to games ratio has always been far far superior to cisse's ratio in the premier league
not to mention bent is the third highest goalscorer in the premier league, behind only rooney and drogba
to say cisse and jones would have kept us up is madness:-D
Why? They kept us up in 2008/9 which was a much tougher relegation scrap.
We have no idea how many Cisse would have scored with the better service Bent enjoyed. I bet Darren Bent was surprised to score 24 considering he only managed 12, 6 and 13 in the previous three seasons.
He scored half Charlton's goals when they finished 19th.
