Yedlin has looked awful whenever I’ve seen him. Good going forward but defensively horrible. Just like he was here.

He’s thrn spent rest of the day desperately defending him whilst giving Pardew backhanded compliments.

It’s absolute madness.

Nah, it was Rafa at Liverpool. Kept saying he had spent virtually nothing despite making more transfers than anyone else. To be fair to him he had a point, as he was just making loads of low risk punts with the odd big transfer.
 
I ve read both Gerrards and Carraghers books and both speak more highly of Houllier than they do of Benitez, just saying like.
