Well you do spend a large amount of time defending the bloke on here mind. The first question insinuates I ever was (I take an objective view) and yes.
As I have always maintained he won’t do as well as Pardew did.

Yet Rafa has spent more. He'll never have the quality of players that Pardew did. Easy this.
Yet Rafa has spent more.
You’re probably right however given Rafa has spent pretty much double per window what Pardew did then I’d say that would just about cancel out that ‘explosion’You're being disingenuous if you're completely ignoring how the market has exploded in the last few years tbf.
Jack Ross is also on the managerial merry go round. He used St Mirren as a stepping stone and he'll do the same to us if he's successful (which i fine by me).ross seems to be a hungry young manager with a desire for success. we could either be a stepping stone for something bigger for him or he'll stay here for a number of years and build something good (hopefully the latter)
the other two are just on that managerial merry go round.

So Pardew managed to bring in decent players on a modest budget whilst Rafa hasn’t.Pardew also had the advantage of some of the lesser European nations being a relatively untapped resource and how we benefitted by buying decent players while still staying within our meagre budget.
But we'll go around in circles on this, never agreeing so there's little point going back and forward.
Alphabetical order and division order, but our man is far and away the choice I would make to have as manager.
The other 2 seem lost in a time warp with not an attacking idea between them
I know it's early days but the other 2 appear to be yesterdays men.
He'll never have the standard of players that Pardew did.
I'll always maintain he'll never win the Champions League with his current squad. Easy this.
How much higher than fifth do you think Benitez would have got the pool of players Pardew had?

Fair enough.

Do Chelsea and Liverpool still have absolutely shite seasons in this scenario? Is this in the season 2011/12 or is it under the impression that the same players (at the same level) are in today's Premier League?
Back then, during that same season. The one you refuse to give him any credit for.
Which other way is there?Do Chelsea and Liverpool still have absolutely shite seasons in this scenario? Is this in the season 2011/12 or is it under the impression that the same players (at the same level) are in today's Premier League?
If that's how you want to interpret it after it's ran through your filter.
We'd have won the league, marra.
I seem to recall the general consensus on here being it was majorly down to luck where we finished that season so if I don't give him any credit at all (you've just made that up) I'd be in good company on here.
