I'd they'd been brave enough to take Pearson I reckon we'd have been fucked. As it is, this f***ing gonk has no idea in a relegation battle, can't talk English never mind Geordie and will fall our with fat Mike about who eats all the lies in a fortnight. Right after we trounce the cnts

Say what you like about Short, he is not scared to take risks,

PDC would have been a similar risk.
 
He'll work to sort out their defence, their weak link, quickly and he has brought his team of coaches who will no doubt work on the whole package. When we compare this to homegrown John Carver it's hardly great news for us. It has catapulted them back into the limelight, one of those moments. But it doesn't guarantee points.

Benitez only has limited time to get to know the players and work with them, so who knows. Our first task is to try to prevent the Derby bounce, hopefully Sam is already working on it.

Pdc was a big risk indeed. I have tosay I like him and in a Completely irrational way would have like to see how it turned out if he'd been given the backing he needed. However he wasn't and we ended up in perpetual shit. Please god let BSA save us so we can get some breathing space for a few years instead of this never ending nerve jangling relegation nonsense.

I think Pearson would have rattled a few cages and got NUFC safe quickly, its easy for me to say because it will never happen now mind :lol:
 
Hope they don't get the Derby result we normally do in the same situation. We usually get hammered in the game beforehand though so let's hope that part comes true v Leicester
 
I cant work out these contracts at all. So he has signed a three year contract which will keep him at Sid James' until May 2016!

If we can win our next two games they will go down. Let's hope they get nothing at Leicester. I do think we will see an improvement from them, even when di Canio took charge of that first game at Chelsea we looked instantly better, although it didn't last long. He is a good manager, no doubt, he has won leagues and every European cup going. We really need to beat them to kill any hope they have
