Ben Stokes post ashes series

Quite a few batters are being very streaky. Roy especially and even buttler is not having a great time of it so they should be looking to get both Brook and stokes in the squad. What's saved roy is how good his partnership with bairstow is up top.

Few questions no matter what the score maybe

will he go back on retiring and play in the ODI World Cup ?

will he play in the hundred ?

will he go straight to surgery on the knee?

will he ever be physically capable of bowling as he has in the past at Test Level ?

last one

will he ever play a competitive game for Durham again ?

ill leave you with that to ponder as I don’t know any of the answers
Not connected, but for those from Rast Durham, the Amazon documentary about Ben features a lot of footage of him pretending to train on Horden beach

2 months isnt long enough to recover from a knee operation, should have missed the WC and used the time after the ashes to recover

Good news. He will be back for the tests and then can rest for summer tests and the World T20 cup

bit bemused by some in media sayin he has played his last game like, literally a world cup very soon which he will play in.
