Being the footy shirt geek that I am I'm always perusing classic-football-shirts during quiet times at work, just seen this is for sale. If only I could justify spending £225 on a shirt which will never fit me unless I went on a diet of tap water and fresh air for 12 months

My mam lit the fire with all my newspapers and ticket stubs from 73, I was about 15, I went f***ing nuclear. At least the fire was on when I got in the house

It wasn't like! We had a pantry style cupboard in the corner of the room, and I thought I would go and have a look at the newspaper clippings. Couldn't find them. "Mam, have you seen the newspaper clippings that were on the shelf in here" "Oh those, I lit the fire with them"

Yeh, I initially read it as a 'Rodwell's away' shirt - maybe some sort of special celebratory edition
