BBC Football Focus to end

I’m travelling back from the match and if it’s a home game I watch the half 5 game when I get in the house. If I’m not going out, I’ll watch the football league highlights at 9pm and then motd. If I go out or I’m travelling back from an away game then motd is on record and I watch it the next day and skip the interviews and analysis.

Not everyone needs to watch highlights instantly ;)
I record the EFL highlight show and MOTD and thats my Sunday morning viewing sorted, skip the adverts and any pundits/interviews.

Not everyone uses you tube etc for footy. I thought it was still worth watching but fast forward Alex Scott. I have always stuck up for BBC and license fee but cancelling these type shows i watch is making me change my mind now.

Football Focus years ago was much more interesting as they would always have segments about lower league teams. These days it’s all PL and WPL with a major focus on the bigger teams. Watched it a few weeks ago for the first time in over a year and it was terrible. I thought Alex Scott would’ve learned to speak by now as well.
Tidied

Not that many years since I watched it every Saturday

Can't be arsed with woke debates and framing on every single thing. A black woman got the gig years ago. Right oh old lad, yawn

For me, more that can I watch a live game at 12.30 (lunchtime) thanks

Changing habits. Internet. Sky and pals.

BBC slowly recognising the new century, over a quarter of a century since the new century started

Never watched for years. However it used to be a staple growing up.

The death knell was the way media is now absorbed and that dreadful no nowt they had presenting it. I can’t remember her name but she was dreadful.

Some people (let's call them men) get offended by any mention of women's football despite it's increasing popularity and success.
They won’t be very happy about that, if I’m getting my pronouns correct, which I’m not.
