Battle of the Burger…



Pleased to see the fad of having minced beef undercooked, didn’t really take off up here.

Been making our own recently, adding a bit salt, pepper, parsley. Pressing them into a hot AF heavy pan, Fried onions, gherkin and some Nando’s pirinaise, squished into a brioche bun. Side of fries with chip spice.
Magni-f***ing-fique.
 
It’s just mince pressed into a round and grilled/fried.

It’s scratter food for the lower orders. Posh burger my arse.

A burger should cost 50 p - but you have daft knackers paying 7 quid plus because it’s on sourdough with chilli sauce with smashed something.

Pathetic!
