Does anybody know how he does this ? I wonder if he has a secret supplier who gets amazing deals from, or does he simply sacrifice his own profits so he can pass on these bargains to his people ?

Do you know if Barry’s superstore in Consett
currently sells chilled products? you’re post has got me thinking, tried to check on line but think their site has crashed, probs to do with all the bargains,

an extremely small amount of chilled goods - only one cabinet with stuff like black pud, sandwiches, sandwich filler, etc

only good thing in consett is the pavilion

They were doing Budweiser budvar kegs 5l for an astonishingly low price of £10 at one point !!

Knitsley Farm shop is class mind.

In the warmer weather you can sit outside and have breakfast with the dog.

Then go in and get some of the best steaks around.

Me and our lass cycle up that way and often stop in for a cuppa and a cake
