Both brilliant but I preferred Band of Brothers. Can still hear the theme tune in my head. They are meant to be making a third in the trilogy What We Know So Far About Masters of the Air: The Latest on HBO's Upcoming WWII Miniseries About The Mighty Eighth | Footsteps Research | Personalized WWII Research & Storytelling

Got both box sets on bluray and keep meaning to watch them again.

I have the Band of brothers book which the series was based on and there are so many good stories in it and a lot more was based on the battleships and airforce.

Potential for a few great series.
