Away allocation

only season ticket holders build up loyalty points- you get a loyalty point for every away game you apply for, regardless of whether you get a ticket or not (apart from games where not everyone is invited to apply, like newcastle and blackpool). Points stay for 3 full seasons plus the season you are in, so every year one years worth of points get knocked off, but you dont lose points for applying for an away game- if you have 20 points and apply for a game that needs 10 points, you still keep 20 points
Thanks. another question.

Say if SAFC had a 3000 allocation for Fulham on October 3rd. If by October the 2nd only 2800 had been applied for/bought in general sale, is it announced anywhere that there are 200 tickets left. And if there were 200 tickets left and a fan turned up at The Cottage on matchday, would they be able to buy a ticket on the gate for the away section (ignore the fact that Fulham has a neutral section for the purpose of my question)?
