I haven’t lost hope either, just think some of our batters won’t deviate from Bazball which means relying on luck in these swinging conditions.
Root and Stokes can grit it out. Brook is class and Bazball seems to work ok for him (this tour apart, so far).
If we can get to stumps two or three down with the scores level we’ll still be second favorites but in the game.
