That’s a decent amount to defend.

me and @The Red Telephone have had many conversations about his red ball bowling and it baffles us at times how he is a front line test bowler.

Aussie bowlers were pretty much just as shite, Starc aside.

We had no patience to play him properly and feast off the others.

We set the game up to where it is now cos of the failure of our batsman to score enough runs and gifting their wickets.

Our bowlers just compounding the mistakes of yesterday. Was the same in Perth our bowlers added to the misery the batsman inflicted.

Got to feel for the England fans who’ve spent many thousands of pounds to go and support them.

When you’re objectively worse than the opposition it’s a bit more understandable. But these players just aren’t applying themselves properly.

You’re right. However the bowling first up today was as bad as the batting. The window to do well with the pink ball is limited and we totally wasted it
