Someone has just sent me a screenshot from the Sunderland Away Tickets Facebook site and a lad has posted a photo [taken just now] of queues around Black Cat House, people trying to sort out home and away ticket queries, plus some wanting to purchase season cards and home game tickets including v QPR tomorrow. Its 25 degrees and there's so many there and so few staff that progress is slow. Farcical business practice.

From the clubs perspective every hour the ticket office is open is cost, directly attributable to people living under a rock 😅

Are you Steve Davison? because you dont seem to give a fuck either. Why are people standing outside of the ticket office and being turned away if there isnt a problem? You obviously havnt had an issue, but dont give a flying fuck about the people that do. You sound like a real charmer

Imagine suggesting that the cost of a ticket office outweighs the benefit.

The football club is part of the community and therefore should be available to all, via the ticket office. The cost as I think @CARLOS CLASS puts it is probably half of Winchesters weekly wage. It’s a pathetic way of operating. The commercial side of the club is disastrous.

It’s the way of the world - ticket offices are on the way out whether people like it or not, that’s the reality!

Check your posting history Carlos no class, you pissed your pants when I said I wouldnt cross the road to watch the world cup games, or is that wrong? now you are on here supporting the actions of the club alienating and pissing off a percentage of their core customers (supporters in old money) if anyone has a problem I suggest it is you. Just weird man
