Current values of seats sold are not correct until after season ticket seats are released.

Attendance figures are how many tickets are sold, including season tickets, not how many people actually attend the game

Bought tickets earlier for my season ticket seats
But the bairn can’t go cos of a concert he’s going to, can I cancel and get refund or not ?
 
Went onto the site at 3pm and added the tickets to our season cards (sitting in our usual seats) and paid.

Took 2 minutes.

At a loss as to how so many are having issues/struggled.

Seemed about as straightforward and fluid as it could have been.
