Blanche 'em, dry 'em, then wrap 'em in parma/serrano ham with a little grated cheese - I tend to use cheddar on account of usually having some in, but manchego etc all good - line, em up in a row n top off with a little more cheese. Sling 'em in the oven for 5-10 mins and voila! Top tapa.

A man of obvious taste...……….. despite the affiliation drawback.

I like the surprise element when you have a piss the morning after eating asparagus. Takes a few seconds to realise what the fuck that smell is.

It was a bit of a shock 1st time I ate fresh boiled beetroot mind.
Thought I had something wrong with the old water works.

I picked some more this morning, might have it on Sunday.
