Asparagus tips



Lovely gear, cooked as @JonMc says. Served with chicken fillet, new boiled potatos and a big free range poached egg, whole thing covered in fresh cracked black pepper.

Blanche 'em, dry 'em, then wrap 'em in parma/serrano ham with a little grated cheese - I tend to use cheddar on account of usually having some in, but manchego etc all good - line, em up in a row n top off with a little more cheese. Sling 'em in the oven for 5-10 mins and voila! Top tapa.

A man of obvious taste...……….. despite the affiliation drawback.
 
Yea, compost the Peru ringers until April when the English tips start sprouting into season.

I like the surprise element when you have a piss the morning after eating asparagus. Takes a few seconds to realise what the fuck that smell is.
About an hour after for me; the vapours go through me urethra like a bout of dysentery.
