What is the refund scheme?
Day 1 - 4
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) no play because the match has been completed - a full refund; (b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund; (c) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded. Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque. To claim your refund simply send this ticket, with the name of the payee, address, postcode and e-mail in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept P311, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date
Day 5
For day 5 you will be entitled to a full refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being no play because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match. In no other circumstances can money be refunded. Claims for refunds will be paid into the bank account of which you made payment or by cheque if you paid cash. Claims are subject to a £1.50 administration charge per application which will be deducted from your claim. To claim your refund simply send this ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to Box Office, Durham County Cricket Club, Emirates Durham International Cricket Ground, Riverside, Chester le Street, Co Durham, DH3 3QR.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, play can be extended by up to one hour per day, which would mean the close of play could be as late as 7pm
Can we bring food and drink into the ground?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground.
No glass packaging or cans please. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found you unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. You may however return these items to your car
