My mate bought 2 tickets for Rihanna & 2 for the Saturday of the Ashes

Cut a long story short he cant go to either now for personal reasons & made a right pigs ear of flogging his Rhi-Rhi ones meaning he actually took a £35 loss per ticket (for a sold out gig ). He's now trying to flog his cricket tickets at a profit to make up for his previous loss.

See the tickets for day 5 are £25. Worth taking a punt or should i be able to get one nearer the time if it looks like going that far?

I'm going to wait to see what happens.

No doubt ill be in a mad panic trying to get a ticket for day 5. Should be ok.

try STUB HUB- He'll do that easy looking at some of the prices on there.

they never sell day 5 tickets here until they're sure there'll be some play, so on day 4 basically. most of the time they're also heavily discounted (or the whole ground is classed as general admission) as usually day 5 only lasts for a few hours.

Ive got a Grand stand ticket for Saturday at Lords including

Breakfast, served at 9:15 in the hosting area.

I was just pleased to get a ticket, the bait is a bonus of course, I'm going to stay at lunch as long as I can to quaff the free fine wines. Be like being at the match and nipping down before half time to get to the front of the queue :-)

Make yourself some posh sarnies and you'll be halfway there mate.

Absolutely tremendous day.

In hospitality with a right mix of characters and free booze flowing all day.

Have to say I don't think I have ever heard a man use the c word as much as Jeff Thomson does. Nearly every other word. Hes a right pisshead as well.

Some very funny stories from his time as cricketer which mainly revolved around being pissed till 3am in the the likes of Marsh etc and then playing Test Cricket the next day.

Alex Stewart was kicking about as well, clearly a big football fan and was very interested to know what I thought of Di Canio - he was telling me he was out with MON the day before.

Can we bring food and drink into the ground?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground.
No glass packaging or cans please. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found you unfortunately we will have to confiscate them. You may however return these items to your car
