Premier league rules are 85% and UEFA are 70%These financial restrictions.
After last summer the club may have no intention of going anywhere near them imo.

The few lads at your work are thick as fuck.as if we qualify for europe it all but guarentees relegation next year...
I love Sunderland more than yay.Bore off man.
We all want Europe and if you don't, you are not a Sunderland fan.
I think if you break the UEFA rules, you only get a fine tbf.Premier league rules are 85% and UEFA are 70%
Think it’s different for a European campaign though. It’ll certainly present its problems. Is the squad deep enough? Thursday / Sunday scheduling isn’t ideal, and don’t think our fans really take to midweek cup games in all honesty.
However, you can’t pick and choose when this happens, and personally I think it would be great.
A Thursday night in the Europa League or Conference League is a bit different to a 2nd round League Cup tie with Huddersfield don't you think?don’t think our fans really take to midweek cup games in all honesty.
I know that bretty.Premier league rules are 85% and UEFA are 70%
Midweek league cup games and a European competition are quite different though. As for the squad, fortunately there is an upcoming window and should we get European football it would allow us to get a better calibre of player in.It’ll certainly present its problems. < thisI get people’s argument but you take the chances that present themselves/you’ve earned when they come. Let’s beat Chelsea and see what comes our way.
I might even shed a single tear if it happens.I don't think I've ever wanted something so much
But if it doesn't happen, meh
Hope so, I’d be there certainly. Still think the usual excuses would be wheeled out though.A Thursday night in the Europa League or Conference League is a bit different to a 2nd round League Cup tie with Huddersfield don't you think?
Wont happen. If we win we’re in. 100%.I want frig all to do with it.
I dinnar all the connotations, but win and just miss out will do for me on Sunday.
and some thought relegation would be good, to clear the decks, that worked well alsoSome didnt want us to be promoted years as they said we wouldnt be good enough, look how that turned out.
