Anyone not wanting Europe?

Can't believe I'm asking this but there's a few lads in work this morning saying we shouldn't be looking to win on Sunday as if we qualify for europe it all but guarentees relegation next year...

Just wondering if anyone shares the same opinion? For me it's a no brainer, opportunities like this don't come around often and we should be snapping the hands off it.

I'm nervous about the extra financial restrictions which I think most of us are slightly .

I also have faith in our owners to find a plan to cope

What's the point of competing if europe and winning cups isn't the aim?

Qualify and then make sure we have a strong enough team to compete.

Our European pedigree is very poor for the size of the club. Much smaller English teams have played in Europe in the last 20 years. It’s time to get the passports out.

We were taking in pub yesterday and one of the big points we talked about the teams who have been ‘effected’ by Europe have all been in the prem a number of years (palace 10 years plus) so when are you ready? Just got to take opportunities like this when they come

Heart says yes.

Head says we don’t remotely have the squad depth and it’d be an absolute killer for us in the league, as it has been for numerous teams over the past few seasons who’ve ended up in relegation battles.
