I don’t understand why Brighton have seen fit to pay that when he’s not played a game since signing?
 
Apparently all premier league teams received a letter from the premier league regarding fair valuations of players
Loopholes are thought to be being exploited due to psr
 
It's mad if they sell a player the money goes directly against there psr but if they buy it goes over the length of the contract , obviously Chelsea worked it out first
 
Sad thing is, they know that the premier league will be bullied into changing the rules in the next 12 months, so this is just a temporary delay for them being able to spend what they want.
