haha, i just went to post on that amazing image of the two giraffes in the water and i'm unable to, think she has banned me after i told her last time how shite hew pictures were :evil::lol:

In fairness I think you have done a but too much photshopping, your have obviously tweaked the exposure and levels a bit too much for my taste. Great capture on the donkey mind.

Urgh, so that's what HDR is. I was chatting to a photographer on a recent trip up to Pettico Wick and he suggested I shoot/produce the scene in HDR. Not wanting to sound like a clueless amateur I said I'd give it a go :confused: Feel utterly violated now! Bet he was sniggering all the way back to his car!

It has its uses. But it's like every other technique - less is a lot more. When I've used it in the past, if nobody else can tell it's an HDR it's about right.
