I will not rest until HDR and its advocates are wiped from the face of the planet!!!!!! :)

I don't like how this HDR nonsense is beginning to seep into the mainstream.

And people actually like it

I hate 'cheap trick' photography and think that about sums up HDR. What annoys me more is the fact the subject is such that it really isn't needed. f***ing HDR wankers.

I am gratified by the rise in antiHDR fundamentalism though. We can persuade them to have a conference in the new ground zero building and fly a plane into it ;)

sssssssssssssshhh. Sometimes I use HDR. I've got film cameras too.

Am I Bi?

Just stumbled accross some hideous HDR fuckery while looking through the 'Explored' section of flickr. I felt like had had to share it with you!

Is it just me or does it look like someone's been sick on the page?

Edit - you might not want to look at the horizon either if you're easily angered!

can you explain.............my film doesn't look like any of the examples... (I don't develop my own though)......

Print film has a pretty high dynamic range. Not slide film though - that can be as little as 4 stops

It's not gonna look like HDR. Why would you want it to?

So is it an HDR or isn't it?

HDR is a worse atrocity than the terrorists attacks of September 11th 2001.

You're not wrong there. I'm sure I heard the sounds of a stealth helicopter thing crashing in the garden the last time I fired up PhotoMatix Pro.

They're getting closer.

f***ing Hell. Have you seen the comments? Some people are blind. Wonderful capture.

Elena's Donkey. 230 Comments. Says all you need to know about Flickr
