Just checked ours is working. Simplest advice, switch it off.....wait....switch it on.

netflix works ok

Does the app on the TV need updating?

auto update is on telly so should be ok

can access it on laptop and also on telly now via bluetooth but still bizarre how pointing me remote at film icon has no effect

I was getting an odd error last week. Wouldn’t allow me to log in via Xbox but could other devices. Have you tried logging in on another device? Xbox issue has been logged with Amazon, still not resolved

aye, logged in using pc and worked( via bluetooth and can stream to tv )

I've just realised today I've been paying two prime subscriptions since Jan. Tbf they were mint and are refunding 11 months on the other account straight away.
Doesn't help you like sorry.

If Amazon goes down it will be absolute hell on. No matter what tier, we’ll have people out looking for the nearest Dunelm claiming they are testing their eyesight
