I have a similar issue on one of my smart TVs which is 10 year old now. Takes ages to load and when I select something I’m at about 2 minutes before the programme starts

sounds like could be broadband issue , got ours resolved by simply logging out and logging in again. bizarre how was something so straightforward

I’ve tried all that. Reset the router, reset the TV. I think the TV is just too old
