Our form changed then due to a new manager coming in, we aren't looking like losing anyone important so why would our form dip.

If you can't allow yourself to enjoy the highs of football and get carried away with what could be after 3 wins in a row then you are depriving yourself of the joy of the sport

Me for 55 and know exactly where you are coming from. And for those who cry foul, t's not about not enjoying it, it's about not getting carried away.

Dunno but once a player publicly states his desire to leave, is not playing and is banished to train on his todd, as a club you have a decision to make...keeping him would just be cutting their nose off - I think he will still land here

If he's that determined to sign for us I can't imagine he'll be expecting to settle for a short contract.
3 years is what I think he'll want. But who knows.. they seem to be playing cards very close to their chests.

I would like nothing better than have a friday night like i did when we signed johnson and fletcher 😉. Obviously wont expect nothing on that scale but just cannot see them pushing the boat out (relatively speaking) to get what we need send a message out and make a right good go at it.

Due to all the shite posted by so called no it alls including in the media means we have no way of knowing if we have even bid for cannon. Its a moan because we have needed a half proven striker for a few years now and are still waiting. Very happy to be pleasantly surprised though.
Agree the new manager seems to be working wonders but were not daft, currently the squad could easily go on a bad run.

We've just lost Clarke ffs 😀

Because we have little depth of quality and we are currently reliant on 3 teenagers and a 21 year old inexperienced winger.

We hed a good start last season too. We aren't going to be able to keep this intensity up with this squad over 46 games when so many are kids - its just obvious and common sense and we've seen large drop offs in each of the last few seasons.

We went 9 games unbeaten at the end of the 22/23 season! 10 if you include the play off semi first leg.
