Alexandre Mendy (transfer rumour)

Of course they spent all of it, the last was spent in January on absolute rubbish, and I'm not whinging just posting the facts.

I'm really not sure what you're not understanding. It's irrelevant what the actual physical money did. The transfer budget will have been set before the sale. If we're not increasing the budget when we make large sales then I don't want us to make them. And we clearly didn't.

So you were wrong then, no need to apologise

No. Not at all. You were obviously wrong. I thought you were also talking about budgets because you can't spend money before you have it so you couldn't have been talking about cash flow. As it turns out you were talking about cash flow and seem to think we spend money we received in September in the previous July.

Don't confuse him

1. The club themselves tweeted out that 25,000 shirts had been sold. Why wouldn't they use the real number of "100,000s"?

2. Not many non league clubs Rigg would knock back some of the biggest/richest clubs in the world to stay with.

How about some actual reality in your opinion, instead of all of this exaggeration?
Keep clapping daft lad.

I have complemented the club in getting Rigg signed up. Most non league clubs have competent strikers for their level we currently have none.

How was I wrong ffs  Honestly you have contradicted yourself so many times , now its's just word salad

Bellingham was signed within the budget already decided as that's why we didn't sign Michut.

Aouchiche and Pembele were specifically extra signings made with Lihadji and Gooch money.

Hjelde and mundle were very similar signings to Anderson and ekwah. Not significantly more spent.
You’ve got absolutely no idea about what was budgeted though and what money was used for what

Correct, it’s sadly a statement of fact that a club of our size with aspirations of PL football has three CF’s who are a million miles away from being able to play regularly and score goals in the Championship. Mayenda may have a chance in a year or so’s time the other two and it’s nothing against them, but you just can’t see them making it at this level.

The owner has a choice, the level of real intent will be known by the end of the month.

I didn't say it paid for last seasons transfers. And I don't need to. I posted speakman talking about lihadji money being unexpected. Just before he talked about pembele and Aouchiche being signed unexpectedly. If you can't join the dots from there I can't help you

Certainly not how i remember and I've mentioned it plenty of times, especially the 'unexpected' bit in Lihadji. Speakman came out and mentioned how selling Lihadji "gave us immediate opportunities and "allowed us to make serious inroads into the transfer market" - actual quotes. That was August 5th. Then no more players came in till Ross Stewart was 3/4 out of the door and we signed was it 4(including Burstow) on Sept 1st.

Now I'm not exactly sure what your take is on that, but it's unlikely that Lihadji paid for Rusyn, Pembele, Aouchiche (given Rusyn alone was over 2m). Then in January Hjelde and Mundle were around 1.5m to 2m for Hjelde and 2m for Mundle.

Clearly Lihadji didn't pay for all that and given the money in from the Stewart sale was then coming into the club it's highly likely that did, or will over the next few seasons.
