i hope the OP survives this, suspect his life has changed forever if he does pull through - fingers crossed for him. not wanting to put a downer on this, a relative of mine went through something very similar this year - was in an induced coma after liver failure.

Alcohol really is a plague to society IMHO like.

If it was only discovered today no way they’d legalise it. Lots of problems in society can be traced back to the bottle. Hope the lad pulls through.
