Merry Christmas.
My dead mothers anarl.
Snowball and Cherry Brandy until she was sick with the Cherry Brandy one year. I think she'd only had two glasses, bless her, but spent the rest of her life retching whenever she got a strong whiff of cherries.Port n lemon and Snowball were her only two tipples. I might have a port n lemon as we have lemonade bought for the snowballs.

My Mam's tipples too. She also drank rum and coke until she changed to brandy in later years - and then swore blind she'd never drunk rum ever!Port n lemon and Snowball were her only two tipples. I might have a port n lemon as we have lemonade bought for the snowballs.

God bless the 70's/80's..Actually I went retro last week and bought a bottle from Lidl to make a 'snowball' drink from my youth. Just add lime juice and lemonade. I rather like it - but it's quite sweet, so not to everyone's taste.
I'm not an elderly auntie!
