I'm guessing the three names you know are Pearson as the football man gonna be chairman, the footballer as a go between a bit more football knowledge and a financial backer?

Do you know anything on who is said to be backing him financially?
 
When the loan players go back, we don't renew contracts of Jones, JoS etc and we sell/loan out Borini, Khazri, Botchup, Lens, Kone, Oviedo and McNair, surely our wage bill will become manageable ?
I can't see us getting rid of Cattermole or Rodwell or, that they will want to leave which is a massive shame.
The upcoming squad upheaval is going to be something else.

You have to pay players regardless. What are they planning to do, bring in half a team just before the transfer window shuts to save on their wages? :confused:

Other clubs will have done their business before then, and there’ll be no pre season together, aye, that'll save pennies

It wouldn't be coming directly out of the new owners pockets though surely? It's a liability the club has to pay from its own accounts regardless. Anyway, I'd have thought they'd be more concerned about the players who are still in contract.

We need to keep mcnair, don't f***ing care what anyone thinks. He's under contract, we're entitled to hold on to him.

Think you’ve missed the point. Certain players contracts will run out or see a wage reduction on July 1st.
So taking over then would save the new owners a considerable amount of money.

And the season starts in August. So 4 weeks to buy players we need, great start
 
This sounds positive and I would be delighted if it’s true and completes

Purely because this guy has football knowledge, experience and contacts and hopefully with some financial backing could stabilise our club.
I’m not bothered if they aren’t minted as long as they turn the club round and bring stability on and off the pitch.
Let’s be honest Pearson is English and has the relevant experience to do it rather than a foreign disinterested owner who has no clue how to run an English football club and cares even less about its proud history like we have now

Just remembered about the transfer window changes that were voted in, so players can be signed from late May I think.
