Was AJ sentance harsh?

Or was it right?

Or should it be longer?

If you put it in a parallel with crimes by non personalities at the same time he was sentenced then it is harsh, however as he has some public stature it was fair. To put it into perspective a fine is given in court depending on level of earnings. So should you earn more you pay more. Had this crime only carried a fine the this would have reflected on his earnings and he would have paid more. Maybe its time the sentencing guidelines were given graded sentencing according to public standing.

The sentence was not harsh it went to appeal and the second judge was also disgusted as were the public.
