That's not the same thing at all man and you know it. This wasn't a discussion between Johnson and his mates, it was a discussion between Johnson's QC and Byrne. And I''m still going to say I find it hard to believe that any party receiving confidential information in the way it's claimed Sunderland did could blab their mouth off about it. I'm not saying they can't, just I find it hard to believe they could. And unless someone can point me somewhere where it says definitively they can, that's what I'm sticking to.

To be fair what I said in the very first post about this was that I wasn't disputing your knowledge in the area of law you do but that it doesn't apply to criminal. If someone had done a week in employment I would take what theys aid over me on it because I appreciate how different they are... I was saying your experience wasn't relevant to criminal ...

But I thought we played well first half and didn't look like scoring second.

You wont fall out with me, unlike some on here I understand that people have opinions and have the right to voice them, I see yours and disagree, Im starting to think this whole thing is turning into a farce.

Absolutely, and what's worse is that this is the local paper sticking the boot in, the sun and all the other red top nationals I'd expect nothing less, it's their level. Seemingly the Echo have reduced themselves to that level.
