Correct. I'm just saying it was a horrendous position for the club to be in. If they could change anything I bet it would be that Johnson had pleaded guilty immediately and so they could sack him. This was a situation that all clubs would hate to be in. Remember the lads at Leicester who were sacked? Well they admitted guilt. Johnson denied guilt in the eyes of the law. This 'with hindsight' suggesting that the club could have easily avoided this is just wrong.

No my opinion is based on what has been said in court, ive posted it loads you just wont accept someone has a different opinon to you.

Instead of deleting threads over the past few weeks, the mods should have spent their time weeding out some of the utter f***ing weirdos making comments like this.

Teenagers behaving like teenagers is one thing. A grown man preying on them is something entirely different.

She made a friend's request to him on Facebook. Which in itself is harmless. But Johnson started flirting with her known her age. They started chatting on Whatsapp too. Don't try to demonize the girl. How many 15 year olds would have done the same in her position? Johnson knew what he was doing and he knew it was wrong.
