That’s the problem, he didn’t change it, he did exactly the same thing despite everyone saying Flanagan should not play on the left side of a 3 and Hume can’t play left wingback. And what happened? Exactly what everyone said, only Ross couldn’t see it.

Hardly unreasonable to give it a 2nd try seeing as we seemed to settle into it a bit in the 2nd half against Oxford before changing it at half time vs Ipswich. But when you're determined to pursue an agenda anything can be made to fit
