U16 downwards there's some good year groups still here.

Do we usually advertise jobs like this on the website? Feels a bit amateurish.
Job description including reference to things like Performance Management Application makes our academy sound well run and successful.

Guessing this is a direct result of them being called out for only ever appointing their mates. They've been doing so because their scope and understanding of the industry is as deep as a puddle.

If they can't just appoint whoever they worked with at Eastleigh OR Oxford they are out of ideas and have to advertise.
