RLB was relegated as a manager too, and he's the one that sets the mindset.

I wouldn't want, for example, Winks who has displayed a shocking attitude and is a good Championship midfielder but a below average Premier League one. But you definitely can't put a relegation on any one or even two or three players. Plenty of great players have been relegated or been "losers" in some shape or form.

If he's half as good as you say he is, then you'll not be keeping him. Completely unrealistic for a fan of a Championship club to think their club can hold onto any player if there's £30 million+ on the table especially when their club have financial difficulties.
