Sorry, I have been biting my lip a bit on this thread, but I can't let this go.

I can't believe this statement

This Australian attack is absolutely world class, its the best group of bowlers the have brought to England in my lifetime

You are very much the "better in my day" type of fan.

If England lose this test its due to our bowling in the first innings, not the batting.

The bit about Smith too, he is one of the best test batsman of all time. He wouldn't stad out in the 00s? Is this a serious statement.

Sorry can't have lies like this being spouted about, had to say something.

Anyway, over and out, enjoy the rest of the test.
How old are you then? 10?

Mcgarth, Lee, Warne, not about in your lifetime? Or they're not as good as this lot? It's a fine attack for sure but that's absolute nonsense

You are very much a "don't know what you're talking about" type of fan.

Modern world. If they're not immediately a superstar they're shite.
True enough. He’s about our 8th choice due to injuries. He’s been bowling on a great batting track, taken a couple of wickets and importantly kept it at 3 an over when more experienced bowlers were more expensive. He’s done alright.

I think I’ve just proved my point about you

Enjoy your day and enjoy slagging the team off

England need to get any thoughts of keeping the Aussies down to a chaseable total out of their heads.

It should now be all about reducing the amount of time they have to bat, either tonight or tomorrow. They almost have to go into one-day run-saving mode, just to eat up time.

It really looks like two well matched team and then Steve smith the Gareth bale of the cricket world
